About this tool!

This is a web-based conversion tool that allows you to convert modern audio formats such as mp3, wav, flac, ogg, m4a, and aac to sony"s proprietary .at3 format which has been mostly long forgotten, but still needed for certain tasks such as background music when converting ps1 roms into psp EBOOT files, hence the reason I made this site.
